Talk to Cree, meander for hours on private trails, eat real food, lay directly on mother earth, get centered with yoga, play guitars on the porch, take a nap under a tree, look up into the night sky and inhale the entire atmosphere, hear the trees, listen to God, get over yourself, get dirty, have a ranch dog by your side at all times, release your stress, breathe, go on an all day hike in the mountains, fall into your bed so completely spent and exhausted in a way that you only get to from being outside all day.  And sleep. As if your life depended on it. You will sleep. You will dream. You will never forget the heart of Montana and how it welcomed you as one of its own.
